To connect to an iDisk, it's very easy. You may select 'Connect to iDisk...' from the action menu in the lower right corner of the Speed Download application, or select 'Connect..' from the File menubar. Either method will bring up the Connection window where you can specify with iDisk to connect to, as well as enter any required username/password.
