Snow Leopard / Safari 5.1 Issue

Cannot get SD 5.2.26 to work with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and Safari 5.1. I have deleted the two SD plugins components and allowed SD to reinstall them, but to no avail. Are others having and issues with this combination of OS and Safari? Thanks.

I had the same issue and tried uninstalling SD but still having issues. When I try to download a file, the safari window flashes and goes to black. The activity window shows that the file is downloading, but it isn't saving the file anywhere. Help!

I am having the same type issue. Safari is not recognizing Speed Download and will only download to the default safari download agent.

I can copy the link and manually make the download happen, but since I updated Safari last night speed download is no longer recognized for downloads.

Okay, my resolution came as follows (at least it worked for me): I simply downloaded the latest version of SD and copied it into my Applications folder allowing it delete and replace my existing copy of SD—matters resumed to normal.

This is also happening for me, tried reinstalling based on the info at the top of this forum section (use uninstaller, logout, login redownload SD) but no luck

I am not seeing anywhere that I can get our email from, or a PM for that matter....
